AIP Ads ("we", "us") is a media buying team working with clients across international markets. For any privacy matter you can reach us at hello@aip-ads.com.

Information you give us: name, company, work email, phone number and the content of the message you send through our contact form or by email.

Technical information: basic usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type.

Client campaign data: where we run advertising on behalf of a client, we process campaign and conversion data provided by that client or by the advertising platforms involved.

To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and optimise the marketing services agreed with a client, maintain the security of our systems, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing lists.

We process data on the basis of your consent when you contact us, our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business, the performance of a contract with a client, and compliance with applicable law.

We share data only with service providers that support our operations — for example email, analytics and advertising platforms — and only to the extent needed. Those providers may process data outside your country; where that happens we rely on the safeguards offered by the provider. We may also disclose data where required by law.

As a performance marketing team we work with advertising and measurement platforms. When we operate such tools on a client's website, the client remains responsible for the notices and consent shown to their visitors; we act as a processor on their instructions.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. Client data is retained for the duration of the engagement and any period required by law, then deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Send the request to hello@aip-ads.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit and a need-to-know approach among our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we handle.
